Reviews · for local businesses

Every job becomes a Google review request.

Log the work, and Zypento follows up with the customer on its own, with a link straight to Google’s review box for the branch that did the job. More genuine reviews can help your local ranking. Google says so.

Why reviews

Reviews are the part of local ranking you can work on

Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence, and counts reviews as part of prominence. Zypento works on that one lane: it makes asking for genuine reviews automatic, after every job.

More reviews and positive ratings can help your business’s local ranking.

To leave reviews, you can ask customers to visit a Google link or scan a QR code.

Solicit or encourage the posting of content that does represent a genuine experience, without offering incentives to do so.

Zypento doesn’t track or promise rankings, and no one honestly can. It asks every customer, offers no incentives, and never filters by rating: the way Google’s policy describes.

How it works

From job to review request, on its own

  1. Link each location to its Google listing

Start typing the business name and pick it from Google’s own suggestions. Zypento builds the write-a-review link for that branch.

  2. Log the job

The customer, the services, and the branch that did the work. Adding it is what starts the follow-up.

  3. The follow-up goes out by itself

An email, text or WhatsApp after the wait you choose, through your own provider, carrying that branch’s Google review link.

  4. See what happened to every job

Who was messaged and when, and the reason in plain English whenever nothing went out.

What it does

Built to ask the right way

Every rule below is in the product, not in a policy document nobody reads.

Asks every customer

Every matching job gets the same steps. There is no rating filter and no satisfaction check before the ask.

The right listing for each branch

The Google review link comes from the location on the job, so a customer of your downtown branch reviews the downtown branch.

Never a broken link

If it can’t tell which listing to use, it skips that message and says why, rather than sending a link to nowhere.

Follow-ups per service

One sequence for AC repairs, another for installs. Each step is an email, text or WhatsApp with its own wait, in hours or days.

Unsubscribe, built in

Every automated email carries an unsubscribe link nobody can leave out, and opting out applies to that one business only.

Pay per message

A credit is charged only once your provider accepts a message. Failed and unsubscribed sends cost nothing.

For agencies

Run every client from one workspace

Each client is a business in your workspace, with its own locations, jobs and follow-ups. Switch between them from the sidebar.

  • As many client businesses as you need
  • Invite your team, or a client’s staff, with roles you build
  • Your own domain with white label: review forms, unsubscribe pages and QR codes use it
  • One credit balance for every client, with a ledger that names the business

Questions

Straight answers

Will Zypento get my business to the top of Google Maps?

No one can promise that, and we don’t. Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence, and says more reviews and positive ratings can help. Zypento makes sure every customer is asked, which is the part you control.

Do you read or reply to my Google reviews?

No. Customers write their review in Google’s own review box. Zypento never reads, imports or replies to Google reviews; its job is making sure they’re asked.

Do I need my own email or SMS provider?

Yes. Messages leave through your workspace’s own account: Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, SMTP or Mailtrap for email, and Twilio, MSG91 or Gupshup for texts and WhatsApp. Until one is connected, nothing is sent.

How do jobs get into Zypento?

You or your client log them in the dashboard: the customer, the services and the branch. Adding a job is what starts the follow-up. There is no CRM sync or import.

Can my agency run Zypento on its own domain?

Yes, with white label. Choose your domain, point it at us, subscribe, and we switch it on. Review forms, unsubscribe pages and QR codes then use your domain. Google review links always point to Google.

What does it cost?

Signing up needs no card. Messages are paid per send with credits you top up in packs, and logging jobs or building automations costs nothing. More locations per business come with Pro, and white label is its own subscription. How pricing works

Ask every customer, after every job.

Set it up once: link your locations, write the follow-up, and log the work. Zypento does the asking.

No card needed to sign up. Messages are paid per send with credits.
