Straight answers

Can one workspace hold different kinds of business?

Yes. Each business has its own type, and the sidebar shows the tools of whichever one you pick, so an agency can run a dentist, a plumber and an online store side by side.

What do I pay for?

Credits, for what’s sent and for AI work: a review request, a recovery email, a scored pitch. Setting things up and inviting your team cost nothing. More locations per business, and your own domain, are subscriptions. How pricing works

Do I need my own email or SMS provider?

Yes: messages leave through your workspace’s own account, and nothing is sent until one is connected. An online store’s recovery emails can also go out through the store’s own WordPress.

Do you promise rankings, recoveries or deals?

No. Zypento makes the asking, the following up and the first read automatic. Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help local ranking, and that a better ranking can’t be bought; we don’t promise one.

Which online stores work?

WooCommerce, through the cart plugin. Shopify stores can be set up as businesses, but their carts can’t reach Zypento yet.

What happens to shoppers’ and founders’ details?

A cart’s email and name are cleared after 30 days without activity, and no shopper’s IP address or browser is stored. Pitch decks are private to the firm they were sent to.
