Real coupons, not codes in an email
Each discount is a WooCommerce coupon your store makes: one use, for that shopper’s email, expiring, never stacked with another.
Your WooCommerce store reports abandoned carts to Zypento. Zypento sends the recovery emails, with a real coupon if you offer one, and a link that rebuilds the cart on whatever device the shopper opens it on.
Your cart at Lumen & Co came to $43. It’s still here when you’re ready.

How it works
Add your store as a business, install the cart plugin in WordPress and paste its two keys. Carts start arriving as shoppers fill them.
Write your own emails with a delay and a discount for each, or have AI write one to four emails for each cart, within the discount cap you set.
Your store makes a single-use coupon for that shopper’s email, good for seven days, so a code can’t be passed around.
On any device: the items go back in, the coupon is applied, and the shopper lands on checkout. The order counts as recovered.
Your cart at {{store_name}} came to {{cart_total}}. {{cart_link}}
10% off, up to $20
A shopper who’s still browsing isn’t emailed: each wait counts from their last activity.
What you get
Each discount is a WooCommerce coupon your store makes: one use, for that shopper’s email, expiring, never stacked with another.
Left on a laptop, opened on a phone: the link puts the same items back and the order is matched to the right cart.
Through your email gateway if you’ve set one up, or through your store’s own WordPress, with the sender set in WooCommerce.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and a shopper who opted out of your store is never emailed again.
A cart’s email and name are cleared after 30 days without activity. No IP address or browser is ever stored.
Each decision is written down: sent and through which sender, skipped, retried, waiting for credits, and why.
Reports
The Recoveries tab counts what the emails brought back, and opens each cart to show what was sent, what was clicked, and what happened in between.
WooCommerce today. Shopify stores can be set up as businesses, but their carts can’t reach Zypento yet. Each email sent, and each cart’s AI-written emails, are paid with credits; tracking carts is free.
Add your store, install the cart plugin, write a sequence and switch it on in the store’s Features.
No card needed to sign up. Emails are paid per send with credits.
