Once per job
A job starts each automation only once, however many times the cron passes over it.
Four steps, set up once per business. After that, logging a job is the only thing anyone has to do, and every customer is asked.
Step 1
Add a location, start typing the business name, and pick it from Google’s own suggestions. That pick is what ties the location to its listing, and Zypento builds the link to Google’s write-a-review box for it.
Where this business operates. Each location carries a pin and, where there is one, the Google Business Profile customers leave reviews on.
Add a location
Step 2
A job is work you did for a customer. You or your client add it in the dashboard, with the customer, the services and the branch that did the work, and adding it is what starts the follow-up.
Jobs are entered in the dashboard. Zypento doesn’t sync from a CRM or import a customer list, so nobody’s old customers get a burst of requests at once.
Save job
Step 3
An automation is a sequence that runs after a job is added: a thank-you, then a reminder a few days later. Each step is an email, a text or a WhatsApp message with its own wait, in hours or days.
Hi {{name}}, thanks for choosing {{business_name}}. Could you leave us a quick Google review? {{google_review_link}}
Step 4
The Activity screen lists every job the automations considered: who was messaged and when, and the reason in plain English whenever nothing went out.
Built to stop cleanly
A job starts each automation only once, however many times the cron passes over it.
If a message can’t be sent, the sequence ends there, so no customer gets step two without step one.
Switching an automation, or a business’s Reviews feature, off sends nothing more, including runs already under way.
Also included
Every business can have its own forms, with star ratings and your own questions, a shareable link and print-ready QR codes in four sizes for the counter or the van.
These are your reviews, not Google’s. Answers to your forms stay in Zypento, and their QR codes open your form, not Google.
Link a location, write the follow-up, and the next job you log is a review request on its way.
You’ll need your own email or SMS provider. Messages are paid per send with credits.
